1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused, unopened products in their original manufacturer packaging. The original security seals on the drone box must be completely intact. Activated or flight-tested drones cannot be returned or refunded unless a manufacturer defect is formally verified by our technical service center.

2. Return and Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support desk with your invoice number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is defective or physically damaged out of the box, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide unboxing video proof to expedite the verification process. Valid claims will qualify for a direct replacement or priority service under official DJI warranty terms.
